How to withdraw crypto currency

Please prepare the wallet address of the payout destination in advance, as it is required for withdrawals.

BTC: Bitcoin

ETH, USDT: ERC20

⒈Select the crypto currency you wish to withdraw from the BTC, ETH, and USDT items at the bottom of the screen.

Click the “Withdraw” button.

⒉Enter the withdrawal wallet address in the “To Address” field.

Copy-paste is recommended to avoid typing errors.

※We are not responsible for withdrawals made due to incorrectly entered wallet address.

⒊Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the “Amount (BTC/ETH/USDT)” field.

※The minimum withdrawal amount is BTC: 0.0016 ETH: 0.02 USDT: 120.

4. Enter the quantity in the “Amount (BTC, ETH, USDT)” field, and the items ① and ② in the following chart will be automatically calculated.

①BTC: 0.0008 ETH: 0.01 USDT: 60 is the withdrawal fee.

②The amount of assets you get minus the fee.

⒌Enter the password you have set in the “Password” field.

6. Enter the 2 factor authentication passcode in the “2FA Code” field and press “Transfer Amount”.

7. Press “OK” and you will receive a withdrawal approval e-mail.

8. Open the withdrawal approval e-mail and press “Approve Request” in the body of the e-mail to complete the withdrawal request.
