How to change your e-mail address

Due to service specifications, it is not possible to change your e-mail address.

If you wish to change your e-mail address, please register a new account with your new e-mail address. After registering a new account, please transfer the assets from the old account.

Please note that you will be charged a fee for both withdrawals from the old account and deposits into the new account.
