2. Selecting a crypto asset will display its history.
CURRENCY - Type of crypto asset
TRANSACTION TYPE - Deposit/Withdraw
TO - Sender/Receiver Address
VALUE - Quantity
CONFIRMED - Authentication Status
YES - procedure completed
NO - In process or canceled
Date - Date and Time
※Please allow up to 7 business days for processing to be completed.
If your wallet does not reflect the deposit or withdrawal of crypto assets after some time has passed
Please check the following items in your history.
If you deposited to your wallet
1.When depositing from outside the wallet, make sure that the destination address was entered correctly. 2.The authentication status is "YES".
If you withdrew from your wallet
1.The destination address must be entered correctly.
2.The withdrawal amount must be less than or equal to the balance limit.
3.The authorization status must be "YES".
If the above does not apply, it may take some time due to network delays. Please wait for a while until the procedure is completed.
If there is no error in the deposit/withdrawal information, but your balance is still not reflected after 7 business days or more, please contact Customer Support directly.
