How to get started with Atlantis Assets

Please refer to the following steps below:

1. How to deposit Assets into the wallet

1)Deposit to wallet

Deposit crypto assets from an external exchange or wallet service to the wallet address of the asset you wish to deposit (red frame).

When depositing from an external source, scan the QR code displayed on the wallet to display the wallet address.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct wallet address before making a deposit, as we cannot be held responsible for assets transfers due to incorrectly entered wallet addresses.

2)Confirm that the deposited assets are reflected in the wallet.

After depositing assets from an external wallet, they will be reflected in your wallet in a short time. If not, please log in again or refresh your browser.

If your deposit is not reflected in your wallet after a few days, please contact our customer support with the following information.

・Deposit date and time
・Amount (e.g., 1000 USDT)
・Deposit wallet address
・Transaction ID

2.How to Transfer Assets to Portfolio

1) Select the asset you wish to transfer from BTC, ETH, or USDT, and press Portfolio Deposit.

2)Enter the amount you want to transfer in the Amount field.

3) When the amount is entered in the “Amount” field, the following items ① through ③ are automatically calculated.

4) Enter your Password and press Deposit to complete the procedure.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct information before completing the transaction.
